- Pre-feasibility Study including social Assessment, Site location Analysis, Preliminary Environmental Assessment, Preliminary Financial Analysis and Risk Analysis.
- Feasibility Assessment including Detailed Topographical Survey, Hydrological Analysis, Soil Investigation with 20 m borehole at 3 locations and economical and financial assessment.
- Detailed Master Layout Plan which includes existing building, proposed buildings (Admin, Museum and research, Space theatre space Theatre- Planetarium and water world), Dinosaur Forest, Children Park, Roller Coaster, Zip line, Maze, Bird’s Cage, Statue of B.P. Koirala etc.
- Detailed architectural design, structural design in accordance with NBC 105:2020 and preparation of working drawings.
- detailed design of electrical, sanitary, water supply and HVAC system.
- Detailed design of fire detection, fire alarming and firefighting system (sprinkler system, fire hydrant, and fire extinguisher).
- Detailed design of security system (CCTV).
- Preparation of detailed electrical, sanitary, water supply, HVAC, CCTV, fire detection, fire alarming and firefighting system drawings.
- Preparation of detail cost estimates.
- Preparation of bid documents.
