About the project
BDEC delivered the complete design and project management package for Ratna Resort, covering all disciplines from master planning through to construction handover.
The scope is identical in structure to the ADB Cineplex engagement: master plan, architectural design and drawings, structural design and drawings, interior design and drawings, electrical and sanitary design and drawings, landscaping design, planning, cost estimate, detail project management, and construction supervision.
