Planning and Environment

Our planning work includes risk sensitive land use planning, district investment profiling, trekking route audits, and data digitization for local governments. These were carried out for clients including USAID TAYAR Nepal, the Provisional Investment Authority Biratnagar, and the Karnali Province government.
Yes. We have prepared and obtained approval for Initial Environment Examination (IEE) reports for clients including Binaytara Cancer Trust and Kerabari Municipality, where the IEE covered sustainable extraction from five named river sites.

Government and Donor Projects

Yes. Our clients include Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Biratnagar Metropolitan City, Dharan Sub Metropolitan City, and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment of Karnali Province, among others.
Yes. Our experience under USAID TAYAR Nepal and the World Bank NUGIP programme has made us familiar with the documentation, reporting standards, and compliance requirements that donor-funded projects demand.
Yes. BDEC served as the Design and Supervision Consultant (DSC) for three municipalities in Jhapa — Birtamode, Damak, and Mechinagar — under the Nepal Urban Governance and Infrastructure Project (NUGIP), which is funded by the World Bank.

Construction Supervision

Because our design teams for architecture, structure, MEP, and interiors all work together internally, resolving site issues is faster. There is no back-and-forth between separate firms — one call to BDEC covers everything.
Both. Most of our larger projects include construction supervision as part of the scope. We place our team on site to inspect workmanship, review materials, check progress against drawings, and keep the client informed at every stage.

Design and Engineering

Yes. We have taken on design review and construction supervision roles where the initial design was already in place, such as our engagement with the College of Natural Resource Management at Kapilakot, Sindhuli.
Yes. For projects that require DPR preparation, we manage the submission and approval process through the relevant municipality or government authority. We handled this for the Binaytara Cancer Hospital project, taking both the DPR and the IEE report through to full approval.
We cover the full range — master planning, architectural design, structural engineering, interior design, electrical and sanitary engineering, landscaping, and cost estimation. Most of our projects involve the complete package rather than individual services in isolation.
